It was a great first day filled with smiles and warmth as everyone shook hands and welcomed three new team members to our growing group of vibrant and dedicated staff on the 1st of February, 2022.
The new team members were given a warm virtual welcome by the Slvr Wlf staff and management while Seye Omiyefa, our Business Manager, was on hand to receive Osione Abokhai, our new Content Creation Team Leader, Ayodeji Azeez, who is joining Richard Ofurein in Graphics Design/Video Editing and Akindele Olumakinwa, our new Marketing Officer, at the office in Ibadan.
They were given a guided tour around the office, introduced to the current members of staff and presented with laptops and tools to set up at their workstations just in time for their onboarding and training.
Once they were settled in nicely, Abigail Anaba, our Head of Content Marketing, gave all our new staff members a warm welcome and comprehensive training on how Slvr Wlf works, what is expected of each member of staff, workflows and guidelines for fostering a healthy and excellent working environment.
The highlight of the training was a shared conversation about each new member’s MBTI personality test results. It was a time to share about strengths, weaknesses and how best to work together considering our differences.
As is our tradition here at Slvr Wlf, there were celebratory lunches for everyone in the office between training hours.
We wish all new team members success in this new phase of their individual careers and look forward to helping them grow in this path.
